Betting Rules

Scope and Eligibility

These Betting Rules govern all wagering conducted on Ojwin. By placing a bet you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Rules and any supplementary terms published on the platform. You must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to gamble under applicable law. Ojwin maintains a responsible gambling program and may require identity verification or activity monitoring as a condition of service.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Rules the following terms have the indicated meanings: an "Event" is a sporting or non sporting contest on which a bet may be placed; a "Line" is the displayed odds or handicap for an event at the time a bet is offered; a "Bet" is a wager placed on a selection or combination of selections; "Live Bets" are wagers placed on events while they are in progress; a "Cashout" is the option to settle a bet before the event has concluded; and all other terms have their ordinary gambling meanings within the Ojwin platform.

Acceptance of Bets

  1. Bets are accepted on the basis of the valid Line shown on Ojwin at the moment of bet placement. The odds and terms communicated at acceptance are binding for both parties.
  2. Pre match bets are accepted until the scheduled start of the event, unless otherwise stated on the event page. Live bets are accepted only in the Live Bets section and in accordance with Live Bets rules.
  3. When a bet is confirmed, it cannot be altered or cancelled by the player. If an error in data or an obvious typographical mistake affects the bet, Ojwin may void or adjust the bet in accordance with applicable law and this document.
  4. The player is responsible for ensuring the details of a bet are correct prior to confirmation. Bet confirmation requires a user authentication action as designated by the platform.
  5. If a transmission or technical failure occurs after a bet is registered on Ojwin servers, such bets shall be treated in accordance with the server based record rather than the client interface.

Line Integrity, Corrections and Disputes

  • Ojwin may modify lines, odds, or other event parameters at any time. Bets placed prior to a change remain subject to the terms applicable at the time of acceptance unless the change is required by law or regulatory instruction.
  • Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised within a reasonable period after the event concludes and will be resolved based on official results published by the relevant sporting or event authorities or as otherwise indicated by Ojwin’s official data feeds.
  • In the event of disqualification for misconduct, cheating or any breach of the applicable rules, bets on the affected event may be settled at odds of 1.00 or voided in accordance with the event’s governing rules and Ojwin’s determination.

Types of Bets

  1. Single – A single bet on a single selection within one event. To win, the selection must win. Winnings equal the stake multiplied by the odds available at the time of acceptance.
  2. Express or Combo – A wager on two or more selections across different events. All selections must win for the Express to pay. The overall odds are the product of the individual odds for each selected outcome.
  3. System Bets – A System bet combines multiple Expresses by selecting X of Y events. Winnings are calculated from the sum of the winnings of all Expresses that comprise the System. Full odds are payable only if all required selections win for the specified System configuration.
  4. Live Bets – Bets placed on events while they are in progress. Odds reflect real time movement and may change between selection and confirmation. Live bets are settled based on Ojwin's real time data and official result sources; unresolved outcomes may be void or settled at 1.00 if not determinable.
  5. Interval Markets – Bets placed on outcomes within a defined time window during an event, measured in game time or elapsed clock time as specified. Settlement follows the interval boundaries and specified rules for time calculation on the event page.

Settlement, Disputes and Void Bets

Ojwin settles bets according to the official result of the event as published by the relevant authority or by Ojwin’s data feed. If an event is postponed, interrupted, or cannot be completed within a reasonable period and no official result is available, Ojwin may void affected bets or settle them in accordance with stated contingency rules. If a participant is disqualified or a match is forfeited, affected bets may be settled at odds of 1.00 or voided as appropriate. Bets on events where the result is known at the time of betting are void and refunded unless otherwise stated on the event page.

Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

  • Minimum bet: 0.50 USD per wager on all events and market types unless specified otherwise on the event page.
  • Maximum bet: the maximum stake per event and per bet type is indicated on the current line and may change without prior notice. Ojwin reserves the right to enforce additional restrictions or to decline or cancel bets on identical outcomes or closely related bets in a single account or group of accounts, and to impose other limits without prior notice and without explanation.

Cashout

Cashout enables early settlement of a bet before the event completes. It is available only for eligible bets and may not be offered for all matches or outcomes. The Cashout offer is available in the My Bets/Bet History interface while the bet remains unsettled and the sell option is shown. Availability may be affected by technical conditions, data feed status, or broadcast issues. Cashout amounts are determined by Ojwin and may differ from the potential final payout.

Account Security, Compliance and Conduct

Users must maintain the security of their Ojwin account and are responsible for all activity conducted through their account. Ojwin may suspend or close accounts for suspicious or prohibited activity and may require identity verification. This platform operates in compliance with applicable gambling laws and maintains a formal responsible gambling program. Users must not place bets if such activity is unlawful in their jurisdiction or if they are otherwise prohibited from gambling.

Modifications to Rules and Communications

Ojwin may amend these Rules at any time. Changes take effect upon posting on the platform or as otherwise indicated. Continued use of the services after posting constitutes acceptance of the updated Rules. Historical bets remain governed by the Rules in force at the time the bet was placed unless required otherwise by law.

Governing Law and Licensing

Ojwin operates under a valid gambling license and is subject to applicable regulatory oversight. Regulatory details are disclosed on the platform for transparency and compliance. All matters arising under these Rules shall be governed by applicable law and decided by Ojwin in accordance with its internal processes and regulatory obligations.
