Scope, Eligibility and Activation

Ojwin's bonus program comprises promotions published on the Site, subject to these Terms and Conditions. Only players who have completed all required verifications (including email, phone number, full name, residential address, and date of birth) in line with our KYC policy are eligible to claim bonuses. Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance, and the availability of a given offer for a player depends on information in the player's profile. If an offer is not intended for the player, it will not be displayed. Ojwin may withhold or cancel a bonus if eligibility criteria are not met or if there is evidence of bonus abuse.

Bonus Types and Granting

  • No-Deposit Bonuses: No deposit is required to claim these offers. The maximum withdrawal amount arising from any no-deposit bonus is stated in the relevant offer. No-deposit bonuses have a defined expiration period from the date of issue, after which unutilized bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited. Wagering requirements apply as described in the specific promotion terms.
  • Deposit Bonuses and Free Spins: To claim a deposit bonus, activation must occur before the deposit is placed. Activation is performed in the Account/Bonus section or by entering a bonus code where available. Each promotion has a stated maximum bonus amount. Bonus funds are credited to the bonus balance and may be used only after real funds are exhausted. Free spins are allocated with defined game applicability and expiry rules as set out in the promotion terms. Winnings from free spins are subject to wagering requirements and bonus terms unless otherwise stated in the individual game terms.
  • Cashback and Loyalty Promotions: Cashback and loyalty offers are credited in accordance with the specific terms of the promotion and are subject to standard wagering requirements unless expressly waived in the offer terms.

Wagering Requirements, Contributions and Playthrough

Wagering on bonuses is calculated as a playthrough requirement which must be met before any bonus funds or related winnings may be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 30 times the bonus amount, unless a promotion states otherwise. Different game types contribute differently to wagering as follows: Slots 100%; Live Casino 5–10%; Table games and other categories may contribute variably or be excluded. Games not contributing toward wagering are noted in the individual offer terms. Only bets funded by bonus money contribute toward the wagering requirement; bets funded by real money do not count toward completing the bonus wagering. The following constraints apply unless the promotion states otherwise:

  • Only fully settled bets count toward wagering.
  • The maximum bet allowed when playing with bonus funds during wagering is 10 USD (or equivalent in other currencies) per spin or bet.
  • The in-game Buy Feature and similar paid enhancements count as a spin for wagering purposes.
  • Some games or providers may be excluded from wagering or contribute at reduced rates; refer to the game-specific terms.

Balance Handling, Withdrawals and Cashouts

Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance. Winnings from bonus play are credited to the bonus balance and will be converted to real money only after the wagering requirements are met. Real-money balances are used first for bets; bonus funds are drawn down only after real money is exhausted. If a withdrawal request is made before meeting wagering requirements, the bonus and any winnings derived from the bonus will be forfeited. If a no-deposit bonus is claimed and a withdrawal is requested, the bonus funds and related winnings may be forfeited in full. When a player makes a funded deposit after claiming a bonus, the maximum cashout limit may increase by the amount deposited; the limit resets after the withdrawal is completed.

Bonus Abuses, Compliance and Sanctions

Ojwin reserves the right to take corrective action if there is reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, including reclaiming the bonus element and any winnings, revoking or denying offers, withholding payments, blocking site access, or terminating the account with immediate effect. Examples of abuse include placing large bets to meet wagering requirements, exploiting software bugs, or strategies intended to guarantee profits irrespective of event outcomes. Winnings from bets placed with mixed bonus and real balances will be distributed proportionally between the two balances. The decision to apply sanctions lies solely with Ojwin administration and is final in its discretion.

Expiration, Changes and Termination

All bonuses carry a defined expiration period stated in their terms. If wagering conditions remain unmet or the offer expires, bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited. Ojwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Where an offer specifies, English-language terms prevail in the event of any discrepancy with translations. Non-material changes to terms may be implemented without prior notice.

Ojwin adheres to strict verification, anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gambling practices. Players may be required to provide documentation to verify identity and residence.
